Why can't I see your prices?

You need to be logged into your account to see pricing. We are a wholesale fashion jewelry distributor and validated registration is required to have an account and see our pricing.

I just signed up but I can’t log in?

We are a wholesale only fashion jewelry distributor which requires verified business credentials to access our website. Once your request is received, your account will be reviewed and activated as soon as possible. Accounts are reviewed and approved during regular business hours. For immediate response, please call us at 1-800-861-6507 during regular business hours.

What information do I need to place a wholesale jewelry order?

If you are a new wholesale customer, you will need to register.

Returning customers: If you are submitting an order by fax or email, please provide your store name, contact name, phone number, shipping address, item number and quantity plus your payment information.

How do I place an order wholesale jewelry?

Place your order online, utilize the order form in the back of your catalog or click here to download the order form. We accept orders via fax at 781-642-8889 or via email at We are happy to provide phone support for questions and concerns but prefer to receive orders online or via fax.

How do I receive a wholesale jewelry catalog in the mail?

If you are a new customer, you will need to register. You can request a catalog during registration. After you have completed the registration form and your account has been approved, you will have full access to our website and wholesale pricing. We will review your submission for a valid resale/retail business with a current State Sales Tax ID and commercial shipping address. If the information provided is insufficient to identify a business, a secondary application will be emailed to the address provided.

What is, and where can I get, a Reseller's Permit/Sales Tax ID Number?

A reseller's permit/Sales Tax ID number identifies you to the governing body to which you pay sales tax to. Most often, the sales tax id number is issued by your state. In some cases, it may be through the city in which you conduct business. AK, DE, MT, NH and OR do not issues Reseller's permits therefore other business credentials will be validated.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, UPS COD (Cashier’s Check/Money Order Required) and PayPal (web orders only).

Do you offer terms and how do I apply?

All first orders must be prepaid via credit card or be shipped COD. No Exceptions. We offer NET 30 terms to established businesses upon credit approval after initial order. To apply, please click here to fill out our credit application.

What is the minimum order total?

Our minimum order is $150.00.  A $25.00 service fee is applied for all orders under $150.

What is the minimum order per style?

Almost all styles can be ordered in singles. Styles that require a minimum quantity are marked clearly on our website and catalog OR sold as a set in a package.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We process orders first in, first out. Times will differ according to the time of year and the volume of orders in house. Processing times are never guaranteed. In addition to processing time, the delivery of your order will depend on your location and carrier selected at the time of purchase. Please contact us directly regarding specific delivery times. Current order processing times as of 8/1/2021 are exceeding 10 days, this estimate does not include shipping time in transit

Do you offer exclusives? I would like to be the only store in my area that sells Rain Jewelry Collection.

It is not our practice to allow stores to step on each other's toes but we do not offer exclusives. You are welcome to call our office to discuss the volume of stores in your area.

All orders ship from our Waltham, MA warehouse. The zip code is 02494.

What are my options for shipping?

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. For our customers more than three days away by UPS Ground, we offer United States Postal Service Priority Flat Rate. FedEx is available when you can provide your own account number.

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Shipping is charged based on your shipping address and the weight of your order. You can estimate your shipping on the shopping cart page or call us for an estimate.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, we are happy to ship your order wherever you like. All international orders ship through the United States Postal Service. All international orders must be prepaid. The receiver is responsible for all duties and taxes/ We do not offer rush orders outside of the country.

Can you ship my order collect?

Yes, we can ship your order using your preferred carrier, billing address and account number. Be sure to include the information on every order to ensure you are not billed for shipping. Charge backs for orders that are not marked properly will not be accepted. Your package will automatically be insured for the full value unless you decline insurance in writing.

What is your backorder policy?

We will automatically backorder 6 or more of any one item or when the total of missing items exceeds $50. If you request a backorder that is less than our minimums the shipping of these items will be charged. A backorder can be cancelled at any time with a simple phone call or e-mail. All backorders are cancelled after 30 days unless otherwise requested. All back orders are created at our discretion.

What is your return policy?

We stand behind all of our products 100%. If you ever encounter a problem with an item or with an order do not hesitate to contact as we will go out of our way to make it right. Defective items will be credited or replaced up to 90 days after the original purchase date. Invoice discrepancies must be reported within 10 days of receipt. No returns are allowed without prior authorization. A RMA number is required. To receive full credit on an item, it must be returned in original condition and packaging within 30 days. A 15% fee will be applied for all returns outside of 30 days. A 50% fee will be applied for all returns on items that have been discontinued. Watches and sale items are not returnable. We are not responsible for return shipping charges. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or tarnished as a result of the environment in which they are stored or displayed. Cosmetics and chemicals such as hair and cleaning products can affect the finish of jewelry and cause items to tarnish quickly.

I received my product and it is damaged, what do I do?

You will need to report the damage to our customer service department. All claims for items received as damaged within 10 days of shipping. We accept damage claims over the phone when you call 1-800-861-6507, via email or click here to request a return.

Do you have a wholesale jewelry sales rep that can visit my store?

We have sales representatives throughout the United States that you can contact to schedule an appointment to visit your store. Do you offer displays?

We have many great displays that are designed to showcase Rain Jewelry Collection in the best light. All displays are included with a qualified minimum purchase. We do not sell displays. Check out the displays page to find the best display for your store. Displays are provided as a courtesy to promote the sale of Rain Jewelry Collection in stores. Displays are provided at our discretion based on single orders that meet the required criteria. Displays are provided one time only.

Do you use UPC numbers?

Our entire collection is tagged with UPC barcodes when it arrives in your store. Upon request, we are happy to furnish a UPC report that corresponds to your invoice.

What is the suggested retail price?

We recommend that stores markup items a minimum of 2.5 times. We have found this pricing structure pays forward our philosophy of affordable jewelry while showing the customer the value in the merchandise.

Do you pre-price the merchandise?

All orders that are shipped are not pre-priced. We offer the service of printing labels for a low cost. We do not apply the labels ourselves. Please contact our customer service department to discuss labels and pre-pricing further.

How does the jewelry come packaged?

Each item is wrapped individually in a plastic bag. Items purchased in multiples will be bundled together. An invoice is provided inside of each order. If you do not want an invoice sent with your order, please indicate when your order is placed. Packing slips are available upon request.

Where is the jewelry made?

All jewelry is imported from China, India and Vietnam. 

What types of metals are used to make your jewelry?

Some of the materials used in our products include zinc, brass, and steel with rhodium plating. All of our ear wires are stainless steel or steel with silver or gold plating. All of our items are lead safe based on the standards set by the State of California. We do not sell or market jewelry to or for children under the age of 12. Some items do contain nickel.

What metal is used to make the ear wires?

All ear wires are stainless steel sometimes plated with a variety of metals including but not limited to sterling silver, low karat gold, rhodium, imitation rhodium and painted finishes.

Is the jewelry lead safe and cadmium safe?

All jewelry is considered lead and cadmium safe for ADULTS in accordance with the state of California Proposition 65.

Is the jewelry Nickel Free?

Our jewelry cannot be considered Nickel Free so it is recommended to those with nickel allergies not to purchase Rain Jewelry Collection.

What are the terms & conditions during a free shipping promotion ?

$100 minimum order required. Free shipping is UPS Ground to commercial addresses only. Free shipping must be selected at checkout. Not valid on previous purchases. For immediate delivery only. Cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Account must be in good standing. Order must be placed and paid for(unless terms apply during specified promotion dates.
